School Bus Arm Violations

This is the time of year school bus stop arm violations increase, according to State Patrol Sergent Curt Mowers. He tells KLKS News, charges can range all the way to a felony.
Mowers says for some reason the violations increase with the warmer weather. He also says there is a misconception they can't be charged if more than four hours pass. Mowers says that is false.
