Free Camping for Active Service Members

Men and women who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan will have the camping fees waved at Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds. The Corps says it is a way to recognize those who have served in the war against terror. Included are campgrounds on Cross Lake, Gull Lake, Leech Lake, Pokegama Lake and Sandy Lake.
