Feds Say Rodriguez Got a Fair Trial

Federal prosecutors say they appeal on behalf of Alphonso Rodriguez Jr. should be denied. The Feds presented a 216 page report to the appeals court. They say any mistakes in his trial were minor and harmless. Rodriguez was convicted of Killing 22-year-old Dru Sjodin of Pequot Lakes, a University of North Dakota student. Defense Attorney Richard Ney says he hasn't seen the document and has no comment.
