8th District Congressman Jim Oberstar says hearts go out to the families of those who were lost and those who were injured in the I-35 W bridge collapse a year ago today. The Chairman of the House Transportation Committee says the inquiry continues into the cause of the failure. He tells KLKS News, there were design flaws, as well as corrosion and metal fatigue that played a roll in the failure.
