More delays for motorists driving on Excelsior Road north of the Westgate Mall from Cypress Drive to Conservation Drive in Baxter. The road will be closed from 7am to 7pm Monday, July 28th and Wednesday, July 30th, for construction on the Paul Bunyan trail Bridge.
